ECU and WAC sponsor the Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions Program. The program runs eight consecutive Saturday mornings at the beginning of the calendar year. It consists of a series of lecture by academic and professional experts. Attendees have the opportunity to voice their opinion on the topic by “voting” for or against certain foreign policy positions of the U.S. government. Each year, the FPA consolidates the results of the voting by citizen groups participating in the Great Decisions Program and presents them to the Secretary of State.
